Watermark is an architecturally designed, boutique holiday property providing just three private apartments, with the the owners accommodation also on site. The property is set high on the hill overlooking Oneroa Bay in a quiet residential area which is also convenient for the beach and the village, but away from noise and bustle. A good base from which to explore all the lovely things Waiheke Island has to offer.
Watermark looks out to the beautiful Hauraki Gulf, with little Oneroa beach just 300m away and Oneroa Village a short 1km walk. It's also very close to popular vineyards Mudbrick Vineyard (3km) and Cable Bay Vineyard (2km) and Oyster Inn is a short stroll.

Beautiful FinishingArchitecturally designed to a high specification, each of the 3 self-contained studios boast a stylish, modern interior with native wood flooring, Italian porcelain tiles and honed basalt vanity units. Large sliding windows open out onto sunny north facing terraces and maximise the fabulous views from sunrise to sunset.
Relaxing DistractionsIf you cannot resist the pull of the beautiful view, you can spend a lazy afternoon at 'Little Oneroa' beach which lies just 300 metres away from your apartment. If you fancy a little distraction, just a short stroll will carry you to Oneroa Beach and Village with all its shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre and galleries. Venture a little further and pay a visit to the Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards. And for when you are feeling more energetic, take one of the fabulous coastal walks from our doorstep!
