Before you arrange a booking, please read our terms and conditions. Any booking made is done so with the understanding that you accept the following. Thank you.
General
- We regret that our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets
- All studios are non-smoking
Booking and late cancellation fees
In the event of any cancellation we reserve the right to charge as follows:
- In all cases 20%
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 100% of total booking
- In the event that we are able to re-book the studio these conditions may be relaxed
- Where credit card details have been provided to secure the reservation the cancellation fees will be taken from that account
COVID-19
In the event that travel plans have to be cancelled as a result of COVID-19 our cancellation policy will be relaxed and guests may amend their booking to later dates or have the cancellation fees waived.
